A five-hour, hands-on session in the Digital Pie boardroom, built around Claude Team, the business plan for organisations rather than the free personal account. Ten seats, three trainers, and your own business as the working example. $400 + GST per person.
Built around Claude Team, the paid business plan. Lunch provided. Bring a laptop: you’ll be building, not watching.
A five-hour, hands-on session for business owners and their teams. Lunch is provided. No prior experience needed. Bring a laptop and your own work.
Please note: this session is designed around Claude Team, the paid business plan, where shared projects, company knowledge and connectors are available. If you’re on a free personal account you’re still welcome, but some of what we build won’t be available to you afterwards. We’ll explain the plans and what each one allows, and can set your team up if you don’t have it yet.
9:00am – 2:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Small group, so we work on your business.
Per person, invoiced once confirmed.
55G Grey Street, Tauranga. Parking nearby.
Blair presents the session, with Anel and Nick on hand to help with setup and keep everyone moving at the same pace.
Blair runs Digital Pie and presents the session. He’s spent the last two years building the AI systems the agency runs on, and teaches from what actually worked, and what didn’t.
Anel heads up advertising and client strategy. She focuses on where AI genuinely saves time in marketing and reporting, and helps attendees apply it to their own accounts.
Nick works across design and build. He’s the person to ask about producing usable creative and content with AI without it looking like everyone else’s.
Most AI training explains what a model is and sends you home. This doesn’t. You’ll spend the day setting Claude up the way you’d actually use it, building the pieces around it, and testing them on your own work, taught in this order because each block builds on the last. The final hour is yours: we build one workflow for your business, with all three trainers circulating.
The highest-value skill and where most frustration lives. Context, examples, constraints, and asking for the format you actually want.
Keeping work separated and loading in the documents, templates and tone your business already uses, so it isn’t starting cold every time.
Producing something real in the first hour: a quote, a report, a spreadsheet or a policy document, using your own material rather than a sample.
The step from “I asked it something” to “our business does this task the same way every time.” This is where the leverage is.
Your CRM, inbox, accounting and website, connected. Explained in outcomes and demonstrated live rather than in theory.
Client data, what not to paste, checking for hallucinations, and where AI shouldn’t be used at all. Honest limits, not a sales pitch.
No technical background needed. If you can use a browser and a spreadsheet, you can follow the session.
You’ve seen what AI can do and want to know where it genuinely fits in your business, and where it doesn’t.
The people doing the repeat work: content, reporting, quoting, data entry, customer replies.
You want to standardise how work gets done, and see what can be automated without adding risk.
We run the same session at your premises, on a date that suits. Every session is tailored to the business in the room, so we spend one to two hours with your representative about a week beforehand to understand your current setup. Pricing depends on team size and travel.
No, but it helps. The session is built around Claude Team, the paid business plan, because that’s where shared projects, company knowledge and connectors live. If you’re not on it yet we’ll explain the plans, what each one allows, and get your team set up during the session.
No. We start from the beginning and assume no prior experience. If you can use a browser and a spreadsheet you’ll be fine. With ten people and three trainers, nobody gets left behind, which is the reason we cap the group.
Not at all. Nothing in the session requires code. We cover connectors and MCPs in terms of what they let you do, not how they’re built. If your business needs that side built, that’s a separate conversation with our dev team.
No. We stick to standard Claude, the version your team will actually use day to day. There’s a short segment on Claude Design toward the end, but Claude Code is a developer tool and sits outside the scope of this session. If that’s what your business needs, talk to our dev team separately.
Yes, and it usually works better that way, because the people who do the repeat work get the most out of it. Select the number of seats on the booking form and give us their names so we can have accounts ready before the day.
A laptop, and a real piece of work from your business: a report you produce monthly, a quote you keep rewriting, or a process that eats your time. You’ll be building with your own material rather than a sample dataset. Lunch, morning tea and coffee are included.
Let us know more than seven days out and we’ll move you to a later session or refund you in full. Inside seven days we’ll do our best to fill the seat, but the fee may not be refundable, though you’re welcome to send someone else in your place instead.
Email us. Follow-up questions after the session are part of the price. We’d rather you asked than quietly gave up on something you built on the day.
All sessions run 9:00am to 2:00pm in the Digital Pie boardroom, including a 30-minute lunch break. Lunch provided. Ten seats each, $400 + GST per person.
This session is fully booked. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know first if a seat frees up, or book the October session instead.

The full five-hour session: basics, skills, artifacts, MCPs, guardrails and your own workflow, with lunch provided.
A second October session added to meet demand. Same format: small group, hands-on, working on your own business rather than a demo account.
